Резюме. В статията се дава съвременна интерпретация на създадената от Е. Петрова теория за единство на основните дейности в детската градина (игра, обучение, труд). Разглеждат се културно-историческите корени на тази теория, нейните основни концептуални черти, генезисът и педагогическата ѝ ефективност. Показано е значението є за обективната оценка на съвременните концепции за свободата и самостоятелността на децата, развитието на творческата им игра, подготовката за училище.

ELKA PETROVA AND THE CONTEMPORANEITY: ATTEMPTED UPDATE AND AMPLIFICATION ON THEORY
OF FUNDAMENTAL ACTIVITIES’ UNITY
Abstract. In the article a contemporary interpretation is given on theory of fundamental activities’ unity in the kindergarten created by E. Petrova (play, training, labour). Cultural and historical roots of this theory are examined, its main conceptual features, genesis and its pedagogical effectiveness. Its importance is shown for objective evaluation of advanced concepts of freedom and autonomy of children, the development of their creative game, preparation for school.

CHANGES IN UNIVERSITY TEACHING – THE ROAD FROM KNOWLEDGE TO COMPETENCIES

Abstract. This paper examines changes in university teaching that occurred with reform of the universities by introducing the Bologna study model. The central issue in the work relates to the consideration of changes in university teaching in terms of improving the pedagogical and methodological-didactic competencies of teachers and the changing role and students in the teaching process. Although the Bologna model is student oriented model of study, a model in which teaching is directed towards the student, experience shows that the role of students in the teaching is mainly passive, reduced to listening and the “note taking“, and that the knowledge that students gain is mostly at the receptive, reactive and reproductive level. Signifi cant contribution comes from the organization of teaching, which is still mostly traditional, with traditional lectures and exercises of reproductive character. Innovation of the university teaching created the conditions for the implementation of reform changes in accordance with the Bologna model. However, experience shows that to achieve the expected changes in the university teaching process it is necessary to create preconditions, primarily in terms of adequate material base, availability of space, better equipment and means of modern information technology, which didn’t received due care in the process of change in university teaching.

Резюме. В статията се обосновава теоретичен модел на контролнооценъчните умения на учителите. Формулира се определение на умени-
ята, въз основа на което в техния теоретичен модел се разграничават три компонента: умение за целеполагане в обучението, умение за прилагане на форми и методи и умение за прилагане на стратегии за контрол и оценка. Разработва се технология за операционализация на репродуктивните и творческите цели на обучението, предлага се нова класификация на формите и методите за контрол и оценка и се описват подробно интелектуалните и практическите действия, реализиращи контролнооценъчните умения на учителите.

TEACHER’S SKILS FOR CONTROL AND EVALUATION
Abstract. The article points on a model of teachers’ competences of control and evaluation. A defi nition of this competence is formulated. On its foundation are defi ned three components: setting goals in teaching, competence of application of forms and methods and evaluation strategies. One technology of the application of reproductive and creative aims in teaching is elaborated. A new classifi cation of forms and methods of control and evaluation is proposed. The intellectual and practical activities resulting from teachers’ skills of control and evaluation are described in details.

Резюме. В съвременното европейско образователно пространство „методът на проектите“, прилаган в контекста на интеркултурното образование, е изключително актуален. Измеренията на проектнобазираното образование в интеркултурна среда са от особена значимост, но са недостатъчно проучвани и систематизирани в емпирико-теоретичен план в историко-етнически контекст. Цел на изследването е да се разработят и апробират организационно-педагогическите условия за разработване и прилагане на образователни проекти в интеркултурна среда. Използваните изследователски методи са свързани с проучване и анализ на научна литература по проблема, проучване и анализ на приложим в български условия образователен опит за реализиране на образователни проекти в интеркултурна среда и разработване
на обобщен eмпирико-теоретичен модел на проектнобазирано образование в интеркултурна среда.

PROJECT BASED EDUCATION IN THE MULTICULTURAL ENVIRONMENT
Abstract. In the modern European educational area the so called „method of the projects“, is a very topical method. The method is implemented in the context of the multicultural education. The dimensions of the project-based education in the multicultural environment are essential, but insufficient studied and systematized into empirical and theoretical plan, when we are talking about the historical and ethnical context. The aim of the study is todevelop and approbated organizational and pedagogical conditions for the development and implementation of the educational projects in multicultural environment. The used research methods are connected to a survey and analysis of scientific literature on the topic, a survey and analysis of an educational experience that can be applied in the Bulgarian conditions for the realizing of the educational projects in multicultural environment and work up a general empiric-theoretical model of a project-based education in multicultural environment.

Резюме. Методичното обединение „Екология, игри и изкуство“ в детска градина „Арабела“ търси нови пътища във възпитанието и обучението с налагането на проектната форма на работа. Дейностите по европейския образователен проект „От кошчето за боклук“ се реализират, като се включват в учебния план на всяка група. Проектът се осъществява след проучване на нагласите на семействата. Търсенето и обменът на информация, както и комуникацията между партньорите, се извършват с помощта на новите технологии.

PRACTICAL APPROACHES TO FORMATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL BEHAVIOUR IN KINDERGARTEN
Abstract. „Ecology, games and science“, a methodological union in kindergarten „Arabela“, looks for new ways in education and teaching by forcing the project format of work. The activities from the European educational Project „From the Waste Basket“ are put into execution when they are included into the curriculum of each group. The Project is fulfi lled after studying families’ adjustments and their inclusion into the activities. Information search and exchange, as well as the communication between the partners are done by means of the new technologies.

Резюме. Подготовката за ограмотяване в подготвителна група на 6–7-годишните деца (четене и писане) е изключително важен и преломен момент както в общото психическо, така и в речевото развитие на детето. Авторът споделя опит за основните насоки при подготовката на децата за обучение по писане в условията на детската градина. Педагогическият екип в ЦДГ „Кокиче“ – Плевен, предположи, че в подготвителна група на 6–7-годишните, ако се реализира целенасочена, последователна и съзнателна подготовка за писане в съответствие с ДОИ и Програмата за ДГ, в края на възрастовия период децата ще имат необходимата зрялост за постъпване в първи клас – знания, умения, фина моторика, отношение, психическа, интелектуална и социална готовност.
